Our team
Stephen is a leadership development coach and trainer, and an organizational consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in business leadership roles, coaching and training.
Stephen’s background encompasses designing and delivering a wide range of programs and initiatives for individual leadership development, communication, conflict management, team building, and organization design. His practical approach to leadership and organization development flows out of his desire to help individuals and teams across a wide variety of functions and industries build the management and leadership skills required to positively impact performance.
Stephen earned the MSc in Higher Education Administration & Organizational Communication, and he is certified in Emotional Intelligence for individual leaders and teams. Stephen trains and coaches executives, managers and teams in a wide variety of industries including financial services, retail, technology, consumer products, and professional services.
Lyndon developed a love of entrepreneurship during his university years while running a painting franchise. The culture was formative in many ways, in particular because it helped him discover the direct link between leadership skills and their impact on his success.
Lyndon has held various senior management roles, and his leadership has been tested through significant changes like mergers and acquisitions and quantum leap revenue and people growth. His content is born out of practically tested leadership principles and supported by science.
Throughout his career, his passion for blending skill development and business performance has never waned. Now a professional Facilitator for the past 9 years, Lyndon takes aim in developing and delivering formal learning programs for business teams looking to improve.
Nate, a certified coach, empowers diverse global teams, startups, and leaders to meet the immediate demands of their jobs while building capacity for the future. He specializes in cultivating strong cultures, boosting engagement, refining leadership, and guiding teams through change.
Nate brings a unique approach; recognizing that we bring our whole selves to life - regardless of title, role, or position. Nate empowers holistic change by fostering authentic discussions, challenging perspectives, and inspiring meaningful action. He has worked with non-profits and professionals from organizations around the globe in key industries such as technology, government, and eCommerce.
Nate holds a designation as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, is also a Certified Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching from the Global Team Coaching Institute, a certified facilitator for the Six Types of Working Genius (Patrick Lencioni) and a certified facilitator of the Core Strengths- Strengths Deployment Inventory 2.0, all tools to develop and improve leaders and teams working relationships.
