Align
In our first call, we determine the fit and that we want to work together. We bring different values and personalities and cultures to the relationship, so it all needs to align.

Identify
Once we commit to work together, we’ll agree on specific and practical areas for growth. You may have some pressing urgent issues or fires that need to get sorted out, and it’s also about building relationships and moving toward a stable long-term plan for growth and development.

Execute
Our Training Assessment involves regular and ongoing connections with team members to help them in any way they need, whenever they need. Team members schedule two, half-hour calls to talk about how to cope with stress, balance priorities, communicate with peers, leaders and customers, solve problems with the team and for customers, and more.
Calling these connections coaching calls doesn’t quite capture their essence. There is a coaching component to them – where team members are led to identify their own solutions to issues – but, based on our experience and expertise, there is a reality where we will make concrete suggestions for how to proceed. Because we know your people, your culture, and the bigger picture of what you’re trying to achieve, we can do so with confidence knowing we’re aligned.
At the end of the day, it’s all about listening and giving your people the support they need to be healthy and do great work, so that you can focus on leading well and growing the business.
Report
After each connection with team members, we keep accurate records of what was discussed for the purpose of identifying themes and trends that emerge. We then document these findings into a succinct monthly report that helps you visualize what’s going on in the business.
From the findings laid out in the report, we celebrate the wins, and we also recommend solutions to potential issues that may take root if not addressed.
We lay out the recommended solutions in a clear strategy that presents a game plan to implement the recommendations and bring your people and teams to a healthy state. Doing this gives you confidence in not only knowing what’s going on but also that there’s a plan to address issues.
Level Up
The solutions highlighted in the report could take the form of facilitating programs related to positive team dynamics, communication and conflict management – within the team and with customers, clarifying vision, mission and values, and tightening up operations.
In addition to one-off team-based programs for success, there is also value in ongoing individual learning and development opportunities that could involve training in areas related to skill, personal, and leadership development.

We target two weeks to complete the process with you. It may take a bit longer depending on the size of your team.
